Pre Filter/Dust Removal Filter
Prefilter elements are designed for removal of solid contaminants in compressed air and gases. Elements made of highly porous matrix media for absolute filtration of particles down to 25 µm in size.
These filters captures most particles near the surface allowing for regeneration of the element and reducing operating cost.
The features of this model include:
- Grade-Z: General Purpose Protection. It provides particle removal down to 25 micron, including Dust and heavy water particles in pipeline pre enter to coalescing filter for long life.
- Bulk solid removal at any point in a compressed air system
- Protection to membrane and desiccant dryer prefiltration
- Solid particles removal from compressor inter-coolers / after-coolers
